Anxiety..... The fear of nothing

A person suffering from anxiety can not tell you what they are scared of because we only fear "fear" itself. This is because, the truth is, there is nothing to fear. Anxiety and depression go hand in hand. It is a sign that shows that you have bought into a misperception. Anxiety or fear occurs when we forget who we are. It is a message prompting us to pause, step back and put things into perspective again.
As soon as you pause and stop justifying your misperception you will see the Truth. You can then turn the negative pattern into a positive one and the anxiety disappears. The misperception, or negative pattern, is therefore positive as it is showing us our error. The Bible supports this when it states:

''The Devil knows not who he works for"

Psychology, at best, will only help you to identify your faulty thought pattern and then teach you to cope with it. By coping with your misperception you perpetuate it. A psychiatrist will simply prescribe drugs. Obviously, no drug will ever solve your problem. They only suppress the symptoms, which compounds the problem because you do not heed the mind's warning that you are entertaining a misperception. You therefore miss the opportunity to find out the cause of your condition and will continue to suffer.

We are not out to knock the medical profession, they do a wonderful job at their level. What we are knocking is man's stupidity in believing that there is no order in the Universe and the belief that we can suddenly get sick for no logical reason. Your body has an incredible immune system and it is only when you have compromised this defence mechanism with damaging thoughts that you will be open to diseases and disorders.

In order for your depression or anxiety to remain with you, you must re-create it each day, or it will simply disappear because it is not consistent with Truth. When the conventional approaches give you a label for your disorder, and a bottle of pills, you are led to believe that the problem is real and that you have no way of solving it. You are now reminded of the fact that you have a disorder each time you hear the name, or simply see your bottle of pills on your bedside table.

The MindFrame Technique® will assist you to identify the negative thought patterns which create the fear that brings on anxiety attacks. Through this 5 step process you can turn your fears around and live a healthy, wealthy and happy life.
